# 대구지부
대구지부는 기독 동아리의 활성화를 위해 대구 지역 15개 기독동아리에 상반기 동안 활동비 지원를 지원할 예정입니다.
이 지원으로 기독동아리가 살아나고, 더욱 영향력 있는 아이들이 일어나길 기대해 봅니다.

# 인천지부 소식
지난 1월30일에 인천지부에서 운영하는 유학생 쉼터인 엘림하우스에서
설을 맞이하여 고향에 가지 못하는 유학생들을 위로하고 격려하는 시간을 가졌습니다.
함께 한국 음식을 만들어 먹기도 하고, 볼링도 치면서 즐거운 교제뿐만 아니라 한국 문화를 이해하고,
성경에 대해서도 나눌 수 있었던 따뜻하고 귀한 시간이었습니다.

#케냐지부
케냐지부 2014년도 주제는 “하나님의 빛이 이곳에”로
청소년들과 부모님들을 위한 Jazz night 이나 예배와 찬양 콘서트, 토크쇼, 부모님들의 밤 등등의 사역들을 기획하고 있습니다.
아프리카 땅에 아비의 마음을 잃어버린 많은 부모세대들과 길거리에서 방황하고 아파하는 많은 아이들, 청소년들이
하나님의 빛 가운데 나아와 하나님아버지의 사랑을 경험하고 그분을 만나며 자신을 발견하는 놀라운 역사들이 일어나는 사역들이 되도록 기도 부탁드립니다.

LIGHT IN THE CITY – PROGRAMS-EVENTS FOR THE YEAR 2014
1. GOSPEL JAZZ NIGHT
Many religious Christians do not consider Gospel Jazz Music to be true gospel music being that Jazz music is regarded to be of secular backing.
There will be Live Jazz Music, Food Fun and Fellowship

2. WORSHIP CONCERT- We wont be shaken /Enter His Gates
This event will be a night of pure worship music, dubbed “We are not shaken” or “Enter His Gate”,
3. PRAISE CONCERT- Raise the Roof /Engage
4. TALKSHOW
5. PARENTS NIGHT OUT
Not so many parents know their children! They only know them by name and not by their character. Many parents have lost touch with parenthood and have left it for their kids to learn from the world by themselves.
God intended us(kids) to be brought up in His ways and that would form the basis of our bringing. This event has the parent and the child in mind, we are looking at having parents and their kids attend for an afternoon of bonding, sharing, music and fellowship.
6. GIRLS NIGHT OUT.
We know that girls just want to have fun, and this event is meant for them!  We are looking at at having mothers, daughters, friends, besties or twinkies and we believe that everyone will love this night filled with music, laughs and real life stories that will connect women to God. 
This event is meant to encourage, inspire, energize, challenge, and take women deeper in their faith; we will be having female gospel musicians, women entrepreneurs, women in leadership (Government), women in business attend and share their about their lives and how God has transformed them.
7. THE MAN JOURNEY
The man (the boy child) in the 21st generation has been neglected; fact being that the girl child has and is being all the attention, be it in media, development projects or even family. Why is the man neglected yet God created man to be the HEAD?
In this event, we want to bring all men (young and old) from the ages 19 years – 55 years to come together and discuss man issues. We are looking at:-
a) MAN and his money
b) MAN and his purpose
c) MAN and his family
The event will have one speaker or a panel of speakers, all men who have journeyed the path of authentic manhood; these are men who are role models in the community.
